All go right but from network environment i can not see all machines of my
network included windows 2003, but if i type \\ip_of_windows2003 i can see
all shared resources of the window2003. How i can see this with the name of

What VPN solution are you using? Is it IPSEC?

No.
I don following:
Servidor VPN

1º.- Control Panel-> Network conections ->new conection

2º.- New conection assistan

3º.- Setting advanced conection.

4º.- Accept incoming conections

5º.- At the screen "devices of incoming conections" i don't select anyone
6º.- At the screen "incoming conection vpn" i select "Permission private
virtual conections"
7º.- On the "User permissions" select users
our team can connect using the VPN.
8 .- Now i select the protocols to enable this VPN.
As we want to share files and printers will mark "Internet Protocol
(TCP / IP) "," File and Printer Sharing for Microsoft Networks ". We
add the protocols you want using the Install button. Selected
Protocol Internet Protocol (TCP / IP) "and click on the button
Properties to configure it.

9 .- Now we can configure the properties of TCP / IP. If
we want the clients connecting to us from accessing the network
local where we have our server we select the first
box. We can also let the server assign the clients IP

This is basically my settings

What VPN solution are you using on the Win2k3 server? Is the server
using the MS VPN supplied solutions? Is the win2k3 server acting as a
router on the LAN?

All is default on windows 2003 so no extra software is installed. There no
domain, only workgroup. This machine only is files server.
server ip: 192.168.0.65
mask: 255.255.255.0
gateway: 192.168.1.1 (router adsl)
dns: 80.58.0.33 (dns of internet provider)

win 7 client: ip,gateway, dns: (getting from dhcp)

I think this is answer for your question.

Sorry but my english is very bad.

The server IP and the gateway IP are not in the same subnet. Is that
intentional?

Sorry this is a error. Server ip is 192.168.1.1

When i use ipconfig /all i get the subnetwork mask is 255.255.255.255, ip,
dns are right. Perhaps it will be the problem ?

If all the machines are using the same gateway IP and subnet mask,
then that's not the problem. Is there a router in play here? If there
is a router in use, then why are you not using a hardware VPN
solution (router to router) instead of a software solution (computer
to computer)?

The VPN solution should be for computers trying to access the network
outside of the protected LAN and not for machines already on the
protected LAN, a LAN behind a router or firewall appliance.

This is not possible because routers adsl are zyxel 660hw and firmware
doesn't support vpn.
On local network all range of address are typical: 192.168.1.x, with mask
255.255.255.0. For this reason i think is stranger ppp conection mask is
255.255.255.255

Well, did you change the subnet mask so that it matches the one the
machines are using?
