view ipod touch in workgroup

Is it possible to add an ipod touch to a workgroup on windows 7? If so, how can I view it like the rest of the PC's in my workgroup.

Maybe this app can help you share files but other than that I doubt it. Doesn't the ipod touch use apple's proprietary OS?
