Hello mates,

I have one question,

I have 8 GB usb flash pendrive and i make it bootable. i want to have all OS bits (32/64) on same flash drive after i will have possibility to choose which system to install.

is something like that possible?

Yep, that's possible - you may be able to do that with the YUMI tool (although I'm just guessing that it supports Windows installations, as it's just an ISO after all):

Hello friend, i do it by YUMI multi usb maker i put my iso windows installer but when i test it nothing, when i restart and set bios to boot first from my usb nothing, it started normaly.

what is problem?
