USB Password Protection

Dear Friends.,
I'm looking one portable software that, when ever i insert my pendrive to systems it has to ask password to open my pendrive.

Note: It should be like windows log in. so don't recommend any folder lock softwares.

What's the model/make of the drive? Did it come with password protected encrypted file software like San Disk Secure Access?
