Uninstall Snapdo

Trying to uninstall a program called Snapdo and am finding it quite a problem!! Not even sure how it got on my system.
After bringing up program files and clicking uninstall, I get the message please wait while windows configures system but after waiting for approx. 30 minutes I got fedup and had to use "force Shutdown to restart and get mobile again. This Snapdo is a search add on by Resoft Ltd and I just do not like same!! All helpful suggestions much appreciated.

If your able to manage the registry do a 'find" snapdo several times to throughly find snapdo keys and delete these as well
