This morning, after logging into my work computer (a Dell OptiPlex 7070 with ongoing issues), everything appeared normal. However, the computer was so slow, so I left it to boot up while I stepped away after returning, I found that the computer had initiated a factory reset without my knowledge, requiring me to create a new user profile to gain access. As a result, all work files, software, and settings have been wiped clean. Despite being connected to the internet, I am unable to access Edge or perform a file restore, as there are no files available for restoration.
