Troubleshooting Windows 7 Fax: Missing Incoming Faxes

My Windows 7 fax function has stopped working properly, failing to receive any incoming faxes. People can successfully send faxes to my office without encountering errors. Could there be a designated folder where these incoming faxes are being stored? Is there a method to recover the incoming faxes that have not been received over the past month?
