Top and Bottom Bars are gone

For some reason my Top Address bars disappeared and the only way to see them is to run the icon to the top of the screen. And when I am on the Internet, my bottom Task Bar is gone which shows my icons, the date, time, etc.
Can you help?? Thank You,

When it fills the screen, try hitting F11

If that doesn't solve it then make sure you have the taskbar set as follows:
Right-click on the Start Orb
Choose Properties
Select the Taskbar tab
Make sure "Autohide the taskbar" is NOT checked.
