Thunderbird key-strokes

Since I quickly gave up on Windows Live(Zombie) Mail, I have been
collecting the Thunderbird key-strokes that I find useful as I become
more accustomed to the program. As an enthusiastic mouser I resent the
necessity to use key-strokes at all but sometimes, they can't be helped.
Here's my list so far:

ALT-me, CTRL-P Print without headers
ALT-vea View all
ALT-veu View unread
SHFT-c Set all read
ALT-vha View full detail of headers
ALT-vhn View headers normally
m Mark message read/unread (Toggle)
CTRL-a, m Mark all unread/read

Note this for TB 3...

Yes, thanks for note. I had not used TB until recently and downloaded
the latest version, which is Thunderbird 3.

So were you asking a question (perhaps on what are all the hotkeys) or
making a diary entry here (to regale us about your learning curve)?

http://allhotkeys.com/mozilla_thunderbird_hotkeys.html
(found by http://www.google.com/search?q=+thunderbird++hotkeys)

You sure the included help in Tbird doesn't give you that information?

By the way, you sure all those Alt hotkeys aren't you merely walking
through the menus (Alt brings up the menu bar, the subsequent keys just
walk through the menu navigation)?

I thought it might be interesting and useful to mention my experience. I
do know that "Print without headers" was unfamiliar to some people and I
dislike opening several menus and sub-menus. Also, for example, ALT-vea
is a relatively rapid operation. There are keyboards and mouses that can
be programmed to give ALT sequences.

As well as macro/record utilities, like AutoHotkey and Auto-It.

Looks useful, I must investigate! A macro, outside Thunderbird, that I
would like to record is one to print a single arbitrary sized page in
Internet Explorer, something that takes an excessive number of mouse
clicks in my opinion.

I was interested in those two. Can you tell me whether Auto-It will
allow programming a hot key? I might have to buy the book :)

AutoHotkey is great for that!
Following is generated via ; followed by letter c and a space.

Curiosity killed the cat. Satisfaction brought it back.

User defines the indicator (the ;) and then the letter or letters.
Can generate multiline output too.
