If all else fails, hope you have created a Repair disk or a set of Recovery disks. You would need them to restore your computer.
If you don't have any of the above created, contact the computer manufacturer and ask for a set of recovery disks. The cost is minimal and they are invaluable and priceless.
Another alternative is to download a Windows 7 Starter ISO, burn it to a bootable DVD and restore your computer using the DVD. If you need/want to go that route, please post back.
After you have restored your computer and it is up and running, make sure you create a Repair disk.
