System Service Exception

My computer is dying alot at the moment, it started with IRQL no less or equal, i got new ram it fixed that now i get system service exception all the time.

Added Dump files to attachments, please help i'm so annoyed at this...

There is an unknown module which concerns me.
Please first check for viruses. See HERE.

Also since you mentioned new RAM please run Memtest86+ for 6 to 10 passes.

Yeah i will make a boot dvd with memtest on it, i also just ran sfc /scannow and this is my results.

Virus scan is running atm

Yes, and TDSS killer found 1 threat and neutralized 3 threats, it was called Akamai hidden file.

Had a new BSOD called Memory Management aswell.
