SYMBOL_STACK_INDEX: 9 SYMBOL_NAME: aswSnx+27c6f FOLLOWUP_NAME: MachineOwner MODULE_NAME: aswSnx IMAGE_NAME: aswSnx.SYS DEBUG_FLR_IMAGE_TIMESTAMP: 4ff31a63 FAILURE_BUCKET_ID: X64_0x1E_c0000005_aswSnx+27c6f BUCKET_ID: X64_0x1E_c0000005_aswSnx+27c6f Click to expand... Do you have a subscription to Avast? If you do, then please update it. If you do not, then I highly suggest that you do the following: Download and create a CD or DVD or USB for Windows offline Defender: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows/what-is-windows-defender-offline Scan your computer. Download and install, Microsoft Security Essentials:http://windows.microsoft.com/en-GB/windows/products/security-essentials Let us know how you go. Hope this helps.
