System Service Exception

Laptop keeps crashing... sometimes it's this, sometimes it says memory management, sometimes it says IRQL not less or equal, and sometimes it doesn't say anything at all.
Ever since I let my brother use my laptop, it has never been the same. =(
Oh yeah, it also won't update. Update fails to install when the computer restarts.

The basic things to try:

3/ Update all Video Drivers
4/ Is you hardware / Video Card OK with the Games hardware / video card supported list?
