Hi abstractworld and Welcome to The Forum.

You seem to have slipped through the net!!

I'm looking at your dump file now. In the meantime can you deal with this known BSOD cause:

AVG is known to be a cause of BSOD's on Windows 7 systems. Suggest that you uninstall it. Download the correct AVG Remover for your system (32 or 64 bit).
If you have AVG ID protection installed, download the AVGID Protection Remover from the above link as well (it wouldn't hurt to download and run it anyway). Download BSOD friendly Microsoft Security Essentials as AVG's replacement.
Uninstall AVG through the Control Panel. Re-boot to Safe Mode and run the AVG Removal tool(s). Re-boot to normal mode and install MSE. Make sure your Windows firewall is enabled!

I'll update this post when finished.

**** UPDATE ****

STOP 0x0000003B: SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION
Usual causes:
System service, Device driver, graphics driver, ?memory.

Your latest dump file lists dxgmms1.sys Sat Nov 20 09:49:53 2010 as the probable cause. This is a Windows System file related to graphics and for it to be the cause of your crash is highly unlikely.
Old and incompatible drivers can and do cause issues with Windows 7, often giving false error codes.

Do I just update my drivers from what you listed?

Edit: I just finished updating the drivers you said to
My windows update started updating some stuff and while it was installing them, I got a BSOD. This one doesnt have any info, just says error(i think)

I suspect that you have Windows update set to "Install update automatically (recommended)". Windows Update is known to "update" your drivers to older versions. Possibly it was reverting the drivers you'd manually updated.

Best advice is not to use Windows update or Device Manager to look after your drivers. Its known to "update" your drivers to "older" versions.

Do not have Windows update set to the Install update automatically (recommended) setting. Then you can veto any hardware drivers it wants to install.

I have "Never check for updates (not reccommended)" as my setting. I know that Windows releases main updates on the second Tuesday of every month, and, apart from that, it takes a few seconds to initiate Windows Update to see if it's offering anything. At the maximum setting I would suggest "Check for updates but let me choose whether to download and install them".

The way I look at it is, would you leave your door open for anybody to walk in, or do you bolt it so you can check who walks in?

Then you can also:

Stop Windows installing drivers automatically.
Go to Control Panel >> Devices and Printers, r-click your computer icon and select Device installation settings. Select No, let me choose what to do and Never install driver software from Windows Update (You can tick the box for "Replace generic device icons with enhanced icons") >> Save Changes.

STOP 0x00000024: NTFS_FILE_SYSTEM
Usual causes:
Disk corruption, insufficient physical memory, Device driver, Indexing, Resident antivirus, backup, defrag programs, Disk/Drive failing/failure.

This dmp file is blaming the Ntfs.sys driver which is a system file. Again, this isn't likely to be the cause.

Could you please fill in your system specs. in your user profile, and then can you post CPU-Z screenshots and RamMon html report: https://www.w7forums.com/helpful-things-do-t9563.html

Adding another NOTE
Suddenly for some reason I cant access "Tinypic.com" and none of its images will load on my firefox or IE

The site isnt down either, this has happened for a couple days + now

Edit: I've tried a PROXY site and i am able to load tinypic.com from it
I am guessing it has something to do with the new Rt64win7.sys Wed Jun 23 10:10:45 2010 Realtek PCIe GBE Family Controller v7.046 that i installed.
I searched on google and other people had problems but with intel and theirs has a "jumbo packet" which they disable and tinypic works
My realtek doesnt have one so Im kinda stuck on what to do

Okay my computer just blue screened again. I am attaching the minidump

This is what I did before the blue screen(Note, I am currently having problems with trojans constantly appearing in my computer)

1) MSE Detects Trojan:Win32/Remhead
2) I install spybot 1.62 and run it detecting nothing (In a couple days another trojan will appear)
3) I run malwarebytes and detect nothing (etc)
4) I run Ad-Aware 6 and in the PROCESS of scanning, my computer blue screens

I also have to ask, being, as you say, plagued by trojans, is this a genuine install or a torrented file?

What do you mean genuine install or torrented file?

Just ran it and it took 5 seconds then it said the volume was clean

OK you've run Malwarebytes, did you / can you do it in Safe Mode?
I ran it and nothing came up
Ive ran malwarebytes and multiple antivirus before and would delete 1-3 trojans but another trojan will pop up after a 2 - 7 days
Ive never ran malwarebytes and other antivirus in SAFE MODE though, this was the first time

I have also switched from MSE to Nod 32 Antivirus 30 day free trial

Before running Malwarebytes you should download and run RKILL. Many malware programs protect themselves, watching for malwarebytes etc. So you download RKILL (get several of the versions available) and you run it, if one finds nothing than try a different rkill. Once you have run 2 or 3 versions of the RKILL program then, WITHOUT LOGGING OFF OR REBOOTING, run Malwarebytes complete scan.

I also recommend running Spybot Search & Destroy, both the Search and Destroy as well as IMMUNIZE options (but I DO NOT Recommend enabling Tea-Timer and I also don't install the toolbar)

And finally run a full system scan with your Anti-virus program.

Links to RKILL, Malwarebytes, and Spybot Search & Destroy can be found in our Freeware DB. NOTE: RKILL is near the bottom in Virus Removal

Until you are virus-free we have to assume that is what is causing your BSOD.

I've turned off windows update.
My personal feeling is that you should not turn off windows update completely, at least leave it set to notify. For most people (the average user) I actually recommend they leave on automatic updates but turn off (remove the check mark) from "treat recommended updates the same as critical" because that is where your drivers will show up.

ok trying your instructions
will update once im done

All the iterations of RKILL are essentially the same but there are about 8 different names available because if a virus is preventing RKILL.EXE from running it might still let IEXPLORE.EXE run because it thinks it is internet explorer or it might let EXPLORER.EXE run because it thinks it is Windows Explorer, etc. RKILL has to run to shut them down so you have to find one that slips in and actually has a chance to do its' job.

Also RKILL is updated frequently so you should download it fresh if you have access to another machine that is not infected.
Oh okay i see, well it doesnt seem to be blocking RKILL

All the iterations of RKILL are essentially the same but there are about 8 different names available because if a virus is preventing RKILL.EXE from running it might still let IEXPLORE.EXE run because it thinks it is internet explorer or it might let EXPLORER.EXE run because it thinks it is Windows Explorer, etc. RKILL has to run to shut them down so you have to find one that slips in and actually has a chance to do its' job.

Also RKILL is updated frequently so you should download it fresh if you have access to another machine that is not infected.

OK, now have you updated the drivers that Elmer mentioned? I can't read dump files so Elmer will likely take a look when he has a chance but if you haven't fixed the drivers mentioned before then you will get the same advice he gave before.
