System Reserved (D) and reinstall Win 7?

Have Googled System Reserved but am still unclear about what to do with it
when reinstalling Win 7.
Do I leave it, delete it, delete the contents or what?
Does Win 7 recreate it when reinstalling?
Not bothered with the fact that it's there, just what to do with it.
Replies/advice appreciated.

leave it or delete it - no matter
Win 7 will recreate it when reinstalling if needed

You can have Windows 7 without the System Reserved partition, and it
boots just fine. Read this article on how to accomplish this, as a
