Sysinternals Will Not Recognize my PW and Will Not Send A New one

I have been trying to login to Windows Sysinternals repeatedly and although I am able to login to the forums, it tells me I have to be registered. When I fill in all my information and click "go" it tells me someone else has my email or username.
Please can someone help me?

We do not work for Microsoft, we are just fellow users trying to help each other out. You would either need to contact Microsoft or, if the issue is the email already exists and you cannot recover by using forgot pswd, then get another email address and simply enroll with the new one.
