I hope you can help.
My friend uses a Vodafone mobile broadband dongle.
They now can't open the Vodafone software to connect the dongle to the internet.
When they attempt to open it it gives gthem the option of just closing it or searching online for a solution (they can't do this as they don't have alternative internet access)...
They've tried uninstalling the software, however, even after restarting the computer the software is still there, they've also tried system restore, but this doesn't help either...
any suggestions?
