Startup Done Sound

Startup Done Sound
My computer takes awhile to finish starting due to many startup items I have implemented. I would like a sound to play when it is all done and 'ready to go'. Is this do-able and how?

There is the Windows Start sound that you can set in the desktop themes but if you already tried that and it plays too early then you are probably out of luck.
