Gosod, you need to create recovery DVDs when your laptop is brand new. If you failed to do that then you would have to buy them from the manufacturer. I am not aware of any links to legitimate recovery DVDs because the manufacturers make a lot of money selling them to people who failed to burn them when they should.

If you can live without the extra software the manufacturer installs then download the official W7 SP1 and do a fresh install from that. Then download any software for the camera and touchpad and any missing drivers from the manufacturers website.
