Slow Internet Download Speeds

I'm currently experiencing issues with my download speeds, which are currently at around 0.75 KB/s. According to a speed test, my network's internet download speed should be 12.5 Mbps, with an upload speed of 0.80 KB/s. My service provider acknowledges that there might be a problem, but they're unable to pinpoint the cause. I'm curious about what factors on my computer could be affecting internet speeds. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated Thank you!
