Should I buy Windows 7 with a CD or download the file using a valid license number?

Is it more preferable to purchase Windows 7 with a CD or just download the file using a valid license?

I had the same question in my mind and decided to buy an OEM Version of Windows 7 64Bit Home. It came with a proper 'Holograph CD', and 'Key'. I personally would not take a chance on O.S. Downloads. My opinion.
