Hello, I have a computer that was a demo model at the store. It is running Windows 7. I can not get a user password set up for administrator. Every time I go into the control panel and attempt to set up the password I can go through all the steps and then when I click to save the password it tells me windows can not save t he password. any ideas om what might be wrong?

Have you performed a System Restore since you purchased the computer?
This would clear anything that the store may have done to the system.
