There appears to be a critical bug in Internet Explorer 7 and 8 (beta), and it's serious enough for you to consider switching browsers at least temporarily.
After only a week, there are already 10,000 sites (apparently) compromised with the exploit code.
It's worth switching or protecting yourself against this now, as if they use this exploit to deliver more serious viruses then it could be a pain to clean up (i.e. Sinowal!).
