In XP we could do a search for specific file types...such as: jpg,
mpg.etc. How is that done with the Windows 7 search?
Thanks,

When in Windows Explorer, type whatever search string you want into the
search box. If you type "*.zip", for instance, all files having the zip
extension will be found. On the other hand, if you type "zip", then all
files with zip in any part of the name, including those with the .zip
extension, will be found (with zip highlighted in the results). This does
not work from the Start Orb Search box.
