Running programs with Admin privilege but without asking for permission

I've got some programs that need to be run at Administrator level
(system diagnostics, disk diagnostics, etc.), so I set their shortcuts
with Admin privilege. However, they always ask for permission to startup
in that mode. I've seen some Microsoft utils, like Management have this
privilege set, but they don't ask for the permission. How do I do the
same for my own programs?

One way is to use Task Scheduler to fire them off as "system"
