DXGKRNL is a Windows system file for directx graphics and if your windows updates are up-to-date then that is not the actual problem but since it is related to graphics, ie video, you should update your video driver. Get the latest driver from AMD. The Catalyst Control Center causes BSODs on some machines so it is best you install the driver without CCC.

It is almost surely the video driver but you should also visit the computer manufacturer or motherboard manufacturer and update your BIOS and all your other drivers if out-of-date.

NOTE: do not use advertising/link-through sites. Skydrive is fine or better yet zip your DMPs and then use the "advanced" option here to upload it directly to W7forums.

PLEASE DISREGARD said:
What is the make/model of your computer or motherboard?

Your video driver (nvlddmkm.sys) is from Feb 29, 2012. I seriously doubt that is current. Run the update tool at AMD.

Is the CCC same as the AMD Vision Engine Control?
CCC is Catalyst Control Center

And you still have not installed Service Pack 1 from Windows Update so that needs done !!!
EDIT: sorry, i was very tired after work and posted this to the wrong thread.

Motherboard is Gigabyte 78lmt-s2

I already run the driver tool at AMD. My PC is newly reformatted. I downloaded my GPU Driver through that AMD Auto Detect Driver and Install.

I don't have CCC installed, I only have AMD Vision Engine Control which is I uninstalled recently.. Lol. I thought it's just the same.

And that service pack 1 you are talking about, i dont have that update on my windows update. i already updated everything on my recommended list.

Yes you do have service pack 1, I apologize, I posted to the wrong thread. You also have ATI drivers not NVidia drivers (nvlddmkm.sys); I had both threads open and posted to here when I was looking at a DMP from another thread.

Oh, and yes you are correct, AMD Catalyst™ Control Center and AMD Vision™ Engine Control Center would appear to be two names for one thing according to AMD support. They must be trying to "rebrand" it.

Your DMP points to a Windows File for DirectX Graphics MMS (dxgmms1.sys) which is a Windows file and unlikely the actual cause. Generally that would suggest a look back at the video drivers (atikmpag.sys & atikmdag.sys, both Dated March 23, 2013) but unfortunately those are up-to-date. You might try running the Catalyst uninstall tool HERE to make sure AMD Vision™ Engine Control Center was completely removed.

Other than that I would check to see if there is a new BIOS or driver updates available for your motherboard, there are apparently different Revisions of that board and I haven't compared them but it is best to just make sure you have the right one. Rev 3.1 or Rev 5.x

atikmdag.sys is your video driver (or one of them). Unfortunately, just because it's the latest driver doesn't guarantee it's perfect. If doing the other things I mentioned in my previous post don't help then you may need to try beta video drivers if any are available or you may need to try the previous version.

Oh, and look for patches to the video games you are playing.
