I am running Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit.
In previous OS's, I was always under the impression that for usb devices,
namely things like game controllers, it is usually best to uncheck the box "
allow the computer to turn off this device to save power" in the power
management tab of the usb hub properties in device manager.
Now I don't know, it may not really matter but - I noticed in my Windows 7
install, when I uncheck that box, after a restart it does not stay
unchecked, it once again has a check in that box to allow the computer to
turn it off.
Anyone else notice this - perhaps a bug, or is it by design...
