I get the same broken image on IE8. It appears you have the following as an image (whereas it's actually a link) http://yfrog.com/71gadgetsj. The image is located at http://img253.yfrog.com/img253/8692/gadgets.jpg.On my screen there isn't an X, just a small icon will some shapes in. What browser are you using?
Yep, that's correct - if you right click on an image you want to use, then click properties and copy the addresslocation. For example... to use the logo in the top right hand corner of this site, the URL will be : https://www.w7forums.com/images/template/header.jpgDo I need to put in the image URL ending with .jpg rather than copying the link? That was the bit I was unsure on.
