Playing videos in 64 bit

I am on 64 bit and are having trouble viewing videos etc through I,players,can I switch to 32bit and how ?p.s I am a bit pc illiterate

What type of videos, format that is, are you trying to view? What media players are you using?

More information equals, more than likely, a faster answer and/or solution.

As Nibs says, the more info you can give, the more we can help . Any error codes or a description of the problem will help.

If I had to take a wild guess, it would be a lack of codecs - you could give this media player a go as it will play almost anything:
