I wonder how many people use the external monitor option. I have, since XP
days, and always use a larger external monitor, to maximize the available
geography. Now Windows 7 has created a problem that did not exist in XP or
Vista. If the top of the external monitor is higher than the laptop's
screen, screen-saver "slide show" pictures have their tops chopped off at
the level that the external monitor's height exceeds the laptop's height.
The only solution I have found is to put the laptop on something to make the
top edges even. Not a big deal, but annoying! Ideas, anyone? TIA, Paul
