Your crash dumps are unusual in that they don't produce a normal debug out. We can probably repair errors anyhow.
Update these drivers to the latest 2009 versions or uninstall from the system if found unnecessary:
v2imount v2imount.sys Wed Dec 12 14:07:19 2007
mdmxsdk mdmxsdk.sys Mon Jun 19 17:26:59 2006
point32k point32k.sys Wed Nov 08 02:02:38 2006
AtiPcie AtiPcie.sys Mon Oct 30 14:22:24 2006
PxHelp20 PxHelp20.sys Wed Jun 20 18:26:00 2007
pctNdis_PacketFilter pctNdis-PacketFilter.sys Tue Sep 15 18:31:09 2009 <<< causing problems, concentrate on this one first
The one file that could be read well shows this about the last driver:
Unable to load image \??\C:\Windows\system32\drivers\pctNdis-PacketFilter.sys, Win32 error 0n2
*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for pctNdis-PacketFilter.sys
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for pctNdis-PacketFilter.sys
*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for pctNdis.sys
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for pctNdis.sys
*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for SYMTDIV.SYS
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for SYMTDIV.SYS
Probably caused by : pctNdis-PacketFilter.sys ( pctNdis_PacketFilter+a1b7 )
Everything should be well once you do that. If after doing so you have further bsod, please post another .dmp.
Enjoy.
