I recently re-installed Win7 Prox X64 on my PC.
MB is Gigabyte GA-M875GMT-UD2h.
Now when I put PC into sleep mode it does not respond to the mouse or keyboard.
I have to use the power button which causes what looks like a boot up sequence but the says "Resuming Windows"
Nothing in the BIOS has been changed. The S3 setting for Mouse and Keyboard are enabled.

Not a train smash, but it is annoying.

I use C:\Windows\System32\rundll32.exe Powrprof.dll,SetSuspendState Sleep
to put system into sleep mode.

Problem solved by using POWERCFG to turn hibernate on and off a few times.

Control Panel > Device Manager
Find the mouse & the keyboard and see if they have Power Management tabs and if so check the box to allow them to wake from sleep.
