I use GParted. Works just as good for me, though I haven't tried it on a 64 bit computer. It's always free.

Yes, Gparted is always free. It can't convert logical to primary or shrink extended partitions without data loss . as far as I know. I don't think GParted has a partition undelete feature , either, nor can you install it on windows - neither does it include a file transfer wizard , or boot corrector. To name just a few.
