Panasonic Handy cam Drivers?

Hello dear members,

I buy my new Panasonic Handy cam & Come to know that their is no Driver in packing & am not able to install it from Their Provided website in Manual so can any one Help me here so that i can enjoy my Videos Please ?

Is this a hand held camcorder? If so what's the exact make and model number? I bought a Samsung last April for the wife, it too came with no driver or installation CD, just some proprietary software to download and edit my video (I installed it and didn't like, uninstalled it). It's just plug n play. I connect it to my PC via USB cable that came with it and windows 7 finds it and tells me it's ready to use. I then am able to look at my pic's/videos on camera or move them to my PC.
