[OT] Replay with mp4

I recorded a short clip as mp4. Maybe 7 seconds. It was of a fast moving
object. I use the free Replay. Is there a way to slow down the viewing?

I don't know if you can with whatever you're using to play it (the
default Microsoft app - is it still called Media Player perhaps?);
certainly VLC has variable speed (down to 0.03 ×, I think), and I think
that can play .mp4 files.

Using VLC, from the menu playback>speed>slower but the motion will be
less smooth when slowed down.

Media Player Classic - Home Cinema can do this. You don't even have to
install it. You can simply extract the ZIP- or 7z-file and start the
program: <http://mpc-hc.sourceforge.net/downloads/>

Menu > Play > Decrease Rate (Ctrl+Down)

VLC was also mentioned and it's the same thing. ZIP and 7z are
available: <http://www.videolan.org/vlc/download-windows.html>
