compatibility of oracle 10g client to window 7 starter

please i need your help,

each time i try installing oracle client on window 7 starter it does'nt work, i need direction on how to resolve such issues.

I hape i am in the right forum for this kind of question, if not pls directe b1.

I know this is an old thread, but I have the same question. Can someone confirm if Oracle driver is compatible with win7 64 bit?

I searched high and low, but can not find an answer.
