Office XP menus in W7

I've installed Office XP (2002) in W7 OK.

My problem is those annoying 'personalized' menus in Word where you have
to do another click to see the whole menu.

I could turn this off in WinXP by unchecking 'Use Personalized Menus' on
the Start Menu settings (of all places!).

How do I turn it off in W7 which doesn't have this setting?

Tools>Customize>Options & tick "always show full menus"
