No Windows Start Option?

Just noticed that Win7 has no sound option for "Windows Start."

Is there a way to get this sound option back?

Found the [Startup Sound Changer] utility and it works.

You assign sounds to Windows Logon by going to Control Panel > Personalization, select the sounds icon along the bottom and then scroll through the various events you can assign. Windows Logon would be the sound that is played when you logon to your account.
