no sound

i cannot receive audio,what got disrupted was from malware while doing restore after crash

What do you mean by cannot "receive" audio? Is it being sent from somewhere? Is it coming in from an input jack?

Or do you mean no sound is coming out from your computer? If your computer is not putting out sounds then try reinstalling the latest audio driver from the computer manufacturers website (or from the card manufacturer if you have a specialized sound card).
