No Sound

HI All,
This is very interesting, before I have installed windows 7 my sound was working perfectly with external speakers.

since I have upgrade to windows 7 I cannot hear anything, drivers is correctly installed and its bets driver for device also when I play sound and look at bottom right corner sound icon I can see there is green line moving up and down it looks normal.
Did not make any changes for connection of my speakers but have checked them and they are fine.
Can anyone help?

Welcome to the forum.

To be able to adress yur issue .. we need to do know what type of soundcard you have.

You can find this out in a couple diffrent ways .

Either by using Device manager.. by doing the follwing (>>= click)

>> Start orb>> in the search bar on Start menu then type device manager >> Device Device manager>> Sound Video and Game Controllers, and look for your sound card.

OR alternatively you could download and run Speccy you can get the information that way as well under the Audio section.

Let us knwo what your sound card is and we woudl be better able to help you.
