Tried getting my mail and got a message that said, "Your browser must
allow cookies before you can use Windows Live ID"

WTH, I tried allowing all cookies-no help. Is Hotmail gone? How can
I get my mail?

Browser version and details ?

Logon to
Hotmail.com
Mail.live.com
Outlook.com

All three go to the same place...a Hotmail Inbox once logged on with a valid Microsoft Account (fka Live ID) username and password.

Recommended that you use IE to accomplish the above with Silverlight installed.
