No connections are available

Hello i use a Dell Lattitude D410 running Windows 7 Ultimate 32-bit. I tried to connect to the internet using WiFi, but it didn't work. It just said "No connections are available" and didn't give me any options. It also has a bunch of missing drives that it could not install because it is not connected to the internet. I downloaded a WiFi driver and a sound driver from my other computer and used a USB to try to install it but it didn't work. I don't have any other way to connect to the internet. What should i do now?
