I just got Microsoft Office 2010 a couple of months ago and I have no idea how to set up Microsoft Outlook 2010.

What does it mean by typing the password your Internet service has given me?

I forgot the password that my Internet service provider has given me.

It sounds like you are trying to set up outlook to request your emails from your ISP email address and this email is password protected. When you go to your ISPs website to access your email you enter your email address and a password; provide that password to Outlook so it can log in as you.

If you cannot log in manually with your password then contact your ISP to have the password reset. Once you set a new one then enter that in Outlook as well.
