Hey there,
I am a new member here and was just seeking some help.
I recently had a new PC built (yes, built for me) and after about an hour of use I turned it off.
After turning back on, it goes through the boot process, then starts loading '2.2TB infinity' once loaded it gives me an option of booting from CD/DVD drive but my 2TB hdd is not listed? So I am unable to use this pc. Any help would be appreciated

System specs are as follows.
Intel i7 960
4 x 4GB DDR3 RAM
ATI Radeon HD 5450
MSI X58A-GD45
GW Falcon case
Seagate 2TB HDD
ASUS 23.6" LED Monitor
Win7 Home Premium 64bit

Go into your BIOS and see if the hard drive is being recognized there. If it is, then there is something else wrong.

You have an awfully large hard drive for a boot/system drive. Did the builder give you the motherboard user manual when you picked up the system?

Thanks for the reply.
Yes, it is big, but was partitioned into 400GB / 1.4TB parts.
And in BIOS it is recognized but the status of the drive is 'unconfigured'
I noticed it was like this when it was first working however.
Thanks
