so they appear in the "change icon" in Folder Properties.

If you know where they are (i.e., where you put them) just browse there
in the change-icon dialog.

It's a lot like opening a file - because that's what it is.

I have a foldefr called Icons. I keep all the icons I've downloaded or created
there. Just click Browse when you want to change an icon.
