Network throughput graphing tool?

I used to use something called Netstat Live from AnalogX under XP to
graph network upload and download speeds in realtime. Now the Resource
Monitor that comes with Windows 7, doesn't quite cut it, as it doesn't
separate out the upload and download stats. Does anybody know of a
utility that can do what I'm talking about? Hopefully free.

http://download.sysinternals.com/Files/ProcessExplorer.zip

but I think it works on 7 as well. It certainly separates read and write
for disc accesses - hang on, I'll just try it: yes, it does separate
read/write on network. (Under XP anyway.)

No, I have process explorer, it doesn't do exactly what I'm looking for.
I just want a global network i/o graph with separate read and write graphs.

Why not stay with Netstat Live?

Maybe MRTG or Cacti will do what you want. Both are free.

Hmm, I guess the version I had was a little older and it wouldn't work
in Windows 7. Didn't think to look for a newer version. However, the
Network Meter gadget seems to integrate into Windows 7 much better,
seeing as it's a Windows 7 gadget.

I found a bunch of other gadgets on the same site, such as GPU Meter,
and CPU Meter, which are also useful.
