need recommendations for on line backup

Without going into why, I have a customer that is unable to
accomplish local backups.

Do any of you have a recommendation for a secure and inexpensive
on line backup? One that is friendly with W7 Home Premium?

Do any of you have a recommendation for a secure and inexpensive
on line backup? One that is friendly with W7 Home Premium?

I've set up a few folks with SOS Online Backup. Easy to install and
configure, can be customized as far as what is included, cheaper than
most others, etc. Backed up files are encrypted for transfer and
storage. Multiple revisions are stored. Old versions of files can be
retrieved. The user agent can send an email after a backup event to
let you know, or let someone know, whether it was successful. Most of
my clients don't want the email, so I send it to myself in order to
monitor their success.

Cheapest is free by using as many sites as necessary within their free
starter settings.

You can write simple batch files to ZIP and password protect folders and
then run on demand or via Task Scheduler
