Need Assistance: Windows 7 Defaulted to Zip for Opening EXE Files

I accidentally set Windows 7 to open EXE files with Zip by default, and now I'm unable to revert it. Even accessing the Registry Editor has become problematic. I urgently require assistance to restore normal functionality to my PC. Please help!
