Need a strange program

Due partially to operator error, I would ike to find a program that will
compare two directories and list all files that occur in either of the
two but not both--just the opposite of the very handy DoubleKiller,
which shows files that occur in both of two directories. This might seem
like a trivial request, but the files in question are music files--210
gb containing over over 12,000 files, and my backup, of roughly the same
size but obviously not exactly the same. Has anyone ever encountered
such a program?

Also Microsoft SyncToy (set to Synchronise) will list the differences and
will then copy the differing files from folder A to folder B and vice versa
until the two folders are the same - which is probably what you ant to
achive once you've got the list of "in A but not in B" and "in B but not in
A".

And I thought I was bad with 140 Gigs of mp3s and another 25 Gigs of music
videos. I'm afraid to get any more because my iPod won't hold any more.

Thanks for the tip, I used the SyncToy and it's a great option compared to
how I've been doing it manually to keep a laptop, desktop and a thumb drive
sychronized.

Thanks to those who posted. I have downloaded both Winmerge and Synctoy
and will give them a try. And, for those that were surprised at the size
of my files, they are the result of burning hundreds of classical CDs at
320. I haven't finished, though--I probably have about the same volume
to complete. I mostly just play them on my computer--at least until I
can afford a big player. I right now I'm using a small Zune with several
32 gig DSHCs.

Suddenly, my 41,000 file digital music collection seems excessive.
