Hello friends,

I have a Dell Laptop and it has Windows-7 SP-1 64-bit OS.

For the past few months, it crashes with Blue screen Driver_IRQL_not_less_or-EQUAL and produces a
crash dump.

The only thing I think has changed is, the IE was updated to IE-10 (it was earlier v8). The crash
happenes when I am browsing. It does not happen all the times. But it happens when I am browsing some
site (for eg, to reserve a hotel or look for amusements parks) it crahses.

Can someone who is used to analyzing these dumps, help me what could be causing these crashes.

You will need to zip & upload the DMP file. (If the DMPs are too large then write them to a file store such as mediafire.)

The most common driver issue is video so you might go ahead and make sure that is up-to-date.
